Amtsarzt (= beamteter Arzt im öffentlichen Gesundheitswesen), sondern damit wird der Lehrer bezeichnet, der für das 保健室 einer Schule zuständig ist, selbst aber keine Qualifikation als Arzt hat. Daneben hat jede Schule einen 学校医. Das ist ein praktizierender Arzt (保険医), der in der Nähe der Schule seine Praxis hat, aber nicht an der Schule angestellt ist. Die derzeitige Übersetzung mit 'Amtsarzt' ist (wie bereist moniert) falsch, auch wenn im 和独大辞典(iudicium) das so übersetzt wird.
